What this costs you

Nothing to join, and no annual fee.

7.5% of your fee on matters you are instructed on through Ventura — payable only on completion.

Nothing at all on professional fees under £500.

Nothing if the matter does not complete, whatever the reason.

Ventura receives £337.5 on completion. You keep £4,162.5.

Industry referral rates run 10–25%. Ours is lower because the network is new and we would rather earn your work than charge for it.

I accept the introduction fee terms: 7.5% of my professional fee on matters introduced by Ventura, payable on completion only, with nothing payable on fees under £500 or where a matter does not complete. I understand I am responsible for disclosing this arrangement to my clients as my professional body requires.
